Return & Exchange Policy
At Dekcor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with a detailed reason for the request. If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping expenses.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped promptly. Please note that custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
